Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Blueprint provides practical support, resource navigation, technology setup, job search assistance, housing search organization, training research, business planning support, and digital setup services.

No guaranteed outcomes

Blueprint cannot guarantee employment, housing approval, business success, acceptance into training programs, financial results, or any specific outcome.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, applications, submissions, communications, payments, and actions. Blueprint may help organize, explain, type, research, or guide, but the client is responsible for reviewing and approving information before submission.

Guided assistance sessions

Guided sessions require client participation. The client must remain available, provide information, make decisions, and approve information before submission. If a session is interrupted, disconnected, missed, or must be restarted at a later time, additional fees may apply depending on the time reserved and work already completed.

Required programs, classes, and assignments

Blueprint does not complete court, parole, probation, school, certification, or program-required work on behalf of a client. We may provide coaching, explanation, typing assistance, technology help, and organization so clients can complete their own work honestly.

Applications and submissions

Blueprint may assist with applications, forms, job searches, housing searches, training research, and online systems using information provided and approved by the client. Blueprint does not knowingly enter false information or pretend to be a client.

Payments and refunds

Fees may vary based on the service, time required, and project scope. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed once work has started or time has been reserved.
